Food is a very important in life factor in life, be healthy is to be well fed health, to do that we have to have a dietician to give us a balanced diet and be at its highest in the health...
But also to do this we need to practice a type of sport, or workout at the fitness center, as it also helps us to be strong and healthy, eating fruits and vegetables, is eating well, foods containing fats, or gas in junk food, that food makes our body fluffing or cause obesity that we have to avoid to be healthy.,


A healthy and balanced diet is a very important factor in our lives, you can also find the food guide pyramid that you can  find all the healthy foods and food junk food, to build a good health, and not have problems with weight or visit a dietician to get a good diet and have a good health..

When you do not hot have a good nutrition we can contract diseases such as comes still:  obesity,malnutrition between or after more.

Exercise daily is a reason to be very good either health and physically take 2 liters of water throughout the day makes you lose weight as there are several diets to lose weight quickly, but some are not and you lose time trying to the safest and recommended is to go see a nutritionist to know witch foods are good for your health,

The pyramid is used to see which are the foods that you have to consume in order to have a good health without any supply problem, such as obesity or malnutrition the pyramid was created by dietician, selecting the food of good food that they serve for good health

The pyramid was created for athletes or adults who play sports or go out and walk, you will be able to visit a dietician to give you a balanced diet and staying in shape, decreases your food eat more fruits and drink plenty of water to have a body of athletes follow the corret steps, either diet or diet of a dietician.
